Leadership Southern Arizona is a community leadership development program hosted by the Sky Islands Regional Partnership. 

Its purpose is to create an awareness of our community and the many opportunities available locally. The program fosters a commitment to the Sierra Vista area and develops future leaders. Since its inception, hundreds of people have graduated from this distinguished program, many of which are prominent and influential leaders in the Sierra Vista Area. Many of the opportunities available to this group are exclusive to the Leadership Program and not open to the general public. This provides the participants with many unique, and interesting experiences.

Join us as we travel around Cochise County and beyond to participate in seminars and hands-on experiences involving leadership in local government, education, the arts, healthcare, economic development, law enforcement, border issues, and Fort Huachuca. This program stretches over 10 months, with one leadership class each month.

Anyone can participate! Every employee needs to be prepared to take a leadership role when called upon. Tuition is $625 for Partnership Members and $825 for Non-Partnership Attendees. Scholarships are available through the application process.

Scholarships are available that will cover the complete or partial cost of the Leadership Southern Arizona Program.
